Galaxy Note 5: I cannot take selfie shots using heart rate monitor sensor attached. Why?

Galaxy Note5 does not support to take selfie by tapping the heart rate sensor while using a flip cover and it’s normal operation concept to prevent malfunction of sensor.

 

If you try to take selfie using heart rate sensor while attaching a flip cover, Galaxy Note5 notify popup texts at the first time regarding this.

1 To take selfie on Galaxy Note5 with Flip cover, Tap the screen’s Shot button to take a photo.

2 Or, You can take a selfie using your palm after setting Gesture control.
Galaxy Note 5: I cannot take selfie shots using heart rate monitor sensor attached. Why?

If Gesture control is activated, you can hold your hand out with your palm facing the camera to have your picture taken after a few seconds.
