[Galaxy Note 8] While using Contacts app, the device is often unresponsive and stopped.
Same symptom often reappears again on Contacts even after restarting the device.
What should I do for this?
Sometimes this could happen when certain applications were not updated to the latest version.
Samsung recommend following steps.
Check if the “Customisation Service” application is updated to the latest version.
Latest version is 1.6.04.0 or higher.
