I lost my device password. My phone is locked and can not unlock it.
Generally, If you lost the password, there is no way to retrieve the password by Microsoft’s design concept.
• You can only guess the password by hint, which is pre-inputted by you. Hence, it is recommended to input the hint when setting the password.
• Otherwise, Visit the Samsung Service Center and download new S/W.
• If the problem persists, please contact Samsung Service Center.
