Keyboard sensitivity and lag issues on Galaxy mobile devices

If you are experiencing a lag or when some letters don’t show up when typing,  ensure that your device software is updated to the latest version.

Keep in mind that when you attach a screen protector (privacy protection films, tempered glass protectors, etc.)  you might experience dead spots where taps don’t get recognized and touchscreen may not function properly.

On this case, activate ‘Touch sensitivity’  feature to increase the touch sensitivity of the screen for use with screen protectors.

Touch Sensitivity

For Galaxy S8 | S8+ | Note9 | S9 | S9+ : Go to Settings > Advance Features > select and switch on Touch Sensitivity option.

For Galaxy S10 | S10+ | S10e : Go to Settings > Display> Scroll down to the bottom of the list and toggle the Touch sensitivity option.
