Notification badge icon is not working when receiving new email or messages

KV badge

Whenever there's an app notification, a badge appears on the corresponding app icon.

App icon badge can be affected by below setting values. Please check your settings have been enabled or not.

1 Settings > Notifications > Enable App icon badges
Tap Icon badge
2 Settings > Notifications > Enable an app notification that you want to receive alarm for new messages
Enable an app notification to receive new messages
3 Settings > Notifications > Tab which apps you want to receive notifications from > Enable App icon badges
Tap App icon badges
4 Settings > Apps > More > Special access > Notification access > Enable Samsung Experience Home
Tap Special Access
Tap Notification access
Enable Samsung Experience

Note:

• If badge notifications appear on the App list icons but not on the Home Screen App icons, please remove the app icons from the Home Screen and add again 

• If Samsung Experience Home is previously enabled while badge notification is not appearing, please disable and enable again
