S Note: Application “crashes” when importing pdf file into "S Note
Q : When I try to import .pdf files into the S Note app of my GT-N8000 series device*, the S Note
App “crashes” and returns to Home screen, regardless of the .pdf file size.
So I can't import the pdf file. What is the problem?
A : Samsung is aware of this issue and has been working to fix it.
That fix is available via a SW update of your device.
By updating your device to the latest SW via Kies, your handset will work normally.
