Unregistered model and communication cannot proceed error appears after connecting to USB
‘An unregistered model has been connected. Communication cannot proceed’ message pops-up because your mobile phone model is not registered to the current NPS version. Download the latest NPS version and reinstall it, or update NPS to the latest version. You can connect the device in the NPS version that has your mobile model registered.
