Galaxy Entertainer is an exclusive Application for Galaxy A8 users, you can download it from the Samsung Members App, open it through Galaxy App Store, then follow the instructions to register an account. In order to benefit from the offers, you only have to click on the offer shown on your phone and follow the instructions till you order the check.
When you are traveling Galaxy Entertainer offers work differently. In the following countries: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, China, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, Britain, Cyprus and Malta, you have to inform your hotel that you are going to use this application before you proceed with the booking.

- How can I benefit from Galaxy Entertainer Application offers?
- When you order the bill, you have to inform the person in charge that you want to use Galaxy Entertainer offer via your phone.
- You click on “Take the Offer” (make sure that you are selecting the correct branch as some retailers display different offers in different branches.)
- Then you are required to enter a 4-digit identification number
- After that, you are required to enter the identification number of the merchant. You have to ask the person in charge to enter this number on your phone. If this transaction was successful, you will receive a confirmation message.
- Allow the person in charge to take the reference number shown on your screen if he asked for it. In case you skipped this step by mistake, you can go back to the reference number of the offer shown in the “Saving Voucher” or go back to the latest used offers.
- Then the person in charge prepares a receipt with the discount. The merchant also receives a receipt of the used offer by e-mail, including the same reference number that was shown on your screen for security purposes.

You can find retailers’ offers by category and location and you can also search for specific retailers, offers or hotels. Type the keyword in the search field to see the list of retailers and outlets' offers.

You can choose a new identification number from the application setting page. You can find this page in the main settings or in the application settings, depending on the type of the Smartphone you are using.
- What shall I do if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your Galaxy Entertainer account password, click on "Forgot my Password?" on the application website, you will then receive an email with detailed instruction to set a new password.

- What is the validity period for the offers in the Galaxy Entertainer application?
Offers are valid for Galaxy Entertainer from the 7th of Sept 2017 till the 31st of Aug 2018 except for public holidays and other days; all these details are included in the Galaxy Entertainer application rules.

Each retailer offers three. The three offers can be similar and can be different. For example, FunDay offers 3 offers where you get a free ticket when you buy one ticket. Thus, you can get 3 free tickets to FunDay when using the three listed offers!
- How many offers can I use at once?
You can use up to 4 offers at once, no matter which product you are purchasing. You can use 1 offer for 2 people and 4 offers maximum for 8 people. In most cases, you have to take the offer for at least two people from any retailer, except for the beauty and fitness sessions that the same person can use twice. For example, if 4 people eat together in a restaurant, they can use two offers for two main courses.

Galaxy Entertainer is an exclusive application for Galaxy A8 users that you download for free via the Samsung Members application, and then you can open the application from your Galaxy apps folder and follow the instructions to register an account.
- In which language can I use Galaxy Entertainer?
The Galaxy Entertainer application is available in English for all regions and countries. It is also available in Arabic.
- How do I change the language in the Galaxy Entertainer application?
You must change your phone's language so that you can use the app in the language you desire. For example, if you want to use the app in Arabic, you have to choose Arabic in your phone settings. Then, you can automatically use the app in this language.
- Do I need an Internet connection to use the offers in Galaxy Entertainer?
To use offers in the app, your device must be connected to the Internet wirelessly (WiFi) or you have to be a 3G subscriber. Your account is updated, and the offers you use are deleted immediately. This means that you can see the offers that are available, especially if you share the application with a friend or a family member. The retailer will also receive an email stating that the offer has been used to apply the discount you are entitled to after making sure that the offer is activated. I visited a co-outlet, clicked "Use offer" in an app and they didn't accept the offer for some reason. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel the displayed request at any time before entering the retailer ID. But you can’t cancel any offer that has been made. We can’t resend digital offers to the Galaxy Entertainer application.
- Can I see the savings value?
Yes, sure. When you use an offer, you see the estimated value of the amount you get with that offer. If you go to the "Savings Value" listing in the main menu of the application, you can see the estimated savings value from the beginning, that is, since you have started using the Galaxy Entertainer application.
- How do I know how many offers I have left in my account in specific sales outlet?
Visit your Merchant Data page where you can see how many offers you have left. On this page, you can see the number of remaining offers and those that were not used.
