Perform the following steps consistently to eliminate the symptoms of the fault:

01) Check the settings for the messages blacklist. If there are any contacts or phrases, remove them.

02) Check available memory space: when it is full, you should clear it: delete messages, applications, and files.

03) Turn off all applications (excepting Android Device Manager) in Device Administrators menu option.

04) Check the device in safe mode. If the device operates properly, it is necessary to remove the last downloaded applications after the installation of which a fault appeared.

05) Check the device with another operator SIM.

06) Perform a factory reset.

07) Direct the user to ASC.
