Question?

Color key button conflict issue with data service in Soccer mode

(Data service : MHP/HBB/MHEG and Etc...)

→ All models to support the Soccer mode (Football mode)

 For example)

 - When using CI + 1.3 CAM in H-Model 2014 TV set.

. On-Demand function enavled on CI + 1.3 CAM (MHEG).

. Activate Football mode → Function description is missing from Football mode menu.

. Press Red button on Remote control unit.

. On-Demand function from CI + 1.3 CAM is activated instead of Zoom function of Football mode.

Answer!

This is design spec. (Non Defect Issue)

While the data service is operating : Color Key Guide is not displayed.

They take a priority to service provider  than our new function.

When the PVR is not supported :

                  RED(Zoom) and ENTER(Control Bar)

 When the PVR is supported0:

                  RED(Zoom), GREEN(Save as Highlight),

                  YELLOW(Highlight Player) and ENTER(Control Bar)

Zoom doesn`t operate in the following modes : 3D input, PIP On, Multi Media
