1 Turn the TV on.
2 Press MENU on your TV remote control.
3 Navigate to and select the Support section of the menu.

4 Navigate to and select the Self Diagnosis option and then press ENTER.

5 The Self Diagnosis menu will appear. Select Picture Test to continue.

You will receive a message explaining that the Picture test will appear on the TV for 5 seconds.

A test picture or sound will appear on the screen with the option to select Yes or No.

6 You will now be taken through a series of picture tests. Confirm Yes or No to confirm whether the problem is visible and to continue to the next test.
