Problem Statement

With increasing costs of operations (labour, ingredients, rental etc.) and a growing competitive landscape, the F&B industry is facing an escalating business challenge of driving continuous revenue growth to maximise profits. At the heart of it all, restaurants must deliver great customer experiences through differentiated product offerings, great ambience and exceptional service to attract and retain customers, whilst maintaining streamlined operations to control overall expenses.

How would you use Samsung products and services to create meaningful, breakthrough digital solutions to help F&B businesses maximise profits, enhance customer experience, drive upselling and loyalty/repeat visits, and optimise operational processes?
