1 SmartThings: Each device must be connected to Wi-Fi® or other wireless network. For interoperability through SmartThings, all the devices should be registered with a single Samsung Account. Galaxy Users with Galaxy devices previous to the Galaxy S6 need to download the SmartThings app through the application store. iOS & non-Galaxy Android users will need to download the SmartThings App.

2 Bixby service availability requires Samsung Account login and data connection. Available functions and features may vary by country, region, and language. Not all actions can be completed through voice control. Not all accents, dialects, and expressions are recognised, and actual performance may vary depending on pronunciation, voice level, and the surrounding environment.

3 The ‘One Invisible Connection’ refers to a single, transparent optical cable connected to the One Connect Box including the TV power integrating external device cables, but it does not refer to cables connected to other devices such as a soundbar. Only available on Q80, Q90, Q900 models.

4 The Magic Screen background setting feature may vary depending on the environment where the TV is installed including, but not limited to, wall designs, patterns, and/or colours.

5 Subject to device compatibility. Design of One Master Remote Control may vary by models.

6 Motion sensor operates when turned on in Art Mode. Performance may vary depending on lighting condition.

7 Performance may vary depending on the ambient brightness level.

8 Personal photos uploaded to The Frame will be displayed at the original resolution. Displaying 4K (3840*2160 pixels) and above images is recommended.

9 You may notice a crease at the centre of the main screen, which is a natural characteristic of the screen.

10 Certain third party applications may not support Multi Active Window.

11 Only works with smartphones and wearables with WPC Qi wireless charging capability. May not work when certain accessories or covers are attached to the device. May affect call reception or data services, depending on your network environment.

12 Certain third party applications may not support App Continuity.
