Applications icons are greyed out and not working after factory reset
Some preloaded applications need to be re-installed after factory reset is performed. The grey icons mean the applications are not installed yet.
Once the device is connected to Wi-Fi, the applications will be downloaded automatically.
If you want to download via 3G/4G data network, please tap the icons and download.
