How to resolve Wi-Fi connection issue in Samsung Mobile Device?

If you are experiencing issue to connect your Mobile Device to Wi-Fi, follow the troubleshooting guides below:

1 Give your Mobile Device and Router a fresh restart to bring it back to normal functioning mode
2 Reset Network settings by tapping on Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings

Please note: This process will reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Mobile network settings

3 Forget the Wi-Fi network and reconnect again by tapping on Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Find and tap on the Wi-Fi > Forget
4 Check and update the software to the latest version by tapping on Settings > Software update > Download updates manually. The system will search for updates
5 Switch off Airplane Mode if it is enabled. This mode will affect Wi-Fi connection
