Smart Switch: Connection cannot be established between a supported model device and PC
If a model supported by Smart Switch cannot be connected, please check the following:
• Plug the USB into the PC again, and check if the device's model is displayed correctly in Windows Explorer
• If the device is connected and displayed correctly in Explorer, run Smart Switch again and check if the connection is established
• If the device does not show up on Windows Explorer or Smart Switch after connecting again, make sure that the specifications of the PC fulfill the recommended system specifications of Smart Switch PC Tool.
