What to do if SmartThings app cannot be found in google play?

Any phone using Android 6.0 and above should be able to see SmartThings app (formally known as Samsung Connect App) in Google Play Store.

However, there are cases when users are not able to locate the app. For such, users can adjust their screen resolution to the highest, follow by these steps:

1 Select Application settings
2 Select Google Play
3 Tap Force Quit or Force Stop (depending on the model)
4 Tap Storage
5 Tap Clear Data
6 Try searching SmartThings app in Google Play Store again
