Which mobile device is compatible with Samsung Gear S3?

For Samsung mobile devices:
Samsung Gear S3 can work with Android Smartphones that have Android OS 4.3 or above & RAM Memory 1.5GB or Higher.

For Non-Samsung mobile devices:
Samsung Gear S3 can work with Android Smartphones that have Android OS ”4.4” or above and that have RAM Memory 1.5GB or higher.

When connected with Non-Samsung mobile devices, some features created by each manufacturer may have limited support (ex. Call, Message, e-mail, Schedule, Alarm, Music Player etc.) and some features are only available on Samsung smartphones. (ex. Samsung pay, Smart relay etc).

For iOS devices:
Users can download the Samsung Gear S app for the Gear S3 on compatible iOS devices* from the Apple App Store. Once the appropriate app is downloaded, users will be guided through steps to complete pairing with the user’s compatible Samsung wearable device.

*Compatible devices: iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPhone 6, iPhone 6+, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S+, iPhone 7, iPhone 7+ and iPhone SE (iOS 9.0 and above).
