What to do when encounter error on Samung TV Smart Hub?

When you are having issue on Smart Hub or when it is not working properly, follow these steps:

Reset Smart Hub

Please note: Resets all Smart Hub settings to their factory defaults and deletes all information related to Samsung accounts, linked service accounts, Smart Hub service agreements, and Smart Hub applications

1 From the Home screen, navigate to and select Settings
Select Settings
2 Navigate to and select Support
Select Support
3 Select Self Diagnosis
Select Self Diagnosis
4 Select Reset Smart Hub
Reset Smart Hub
5 Enter your PIN

Please note: Once the PIN has been entered, Smart Hub will automatically reset

Enter your PIN

Firmware Upgrade

Make sure that your TV is updated to the latest Samsung Firmware. If not, follow these steps:

1 From the Home screen, navigate to and select Settings
Select Settings
2 Navigate to and select Support
Select Support
3 Select Software Update
Select Software Support
4 Select Update Now
Select Update Now
5 Please wait while the TV checks for any available updates
Check for Updates
6 To finish, select OK
Check OK
