These are the terms and conditions on which you may take part in our Samsung Upgrade Programme (Upgrade Programme”), which provides you with the ability to purchase an eligible Samsung Galaxy S10 handset and the option to upgrade to the latest Samsung Galaxy S handset every 12 months.
