  • Shows the upper and lower zones of the Dual Cook system being used independently to cook different dishes at the same time with different settings: the upper zone using top heat + convection for 1 hour at 160°C and the lower zone using bottom heat + convection for 20 minutes at 190°C. Or the whole oven can be used to cook a large meal like a holiday turkey.
