For hotels big or small

Samsung Hospitality is ideal for use as a standalone system for guesthouses and smaller hotels. Alternatively for larger hotels, it can be fully integrated with new or existing front-of-house systems and voicemail and messaging systems. It has been designed to be fully integrated into the Samsung OfficeServ 7000 series business communication platform, giving it some very unique features – and a higher level of integration than other “off the shelf” solutions are able to provide.

For hotels big or small

Front of House System Mode

An entry-level property management system that includes a complete reservations feature set, guest billing and fully integrated into the Samsung platforms. Ideal for guest houses and smaller hotels.

Front of House System Mode

Front of House System Integration Mode

Perfect for larger hotels, Samsung Hospitality Integration Mode is used as call accounting and middleware integration between any Front of House system and the Samsung platform. In a hotel environment Samsung Hospitality becomes the gateway or middleware solution integrating disparate systems, providing seamless interconnectivity between Front of House System, PABX, Voicemail, Wakeup, Pay-TV and Internet Access.
