Terms and Conditions: Samsung Laptop Review Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering the Prize Draw described below (a “Prize Draw”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).


  1. 1. Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey KT16 0RS.

  2. 2. The Prize Draw is open to UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man residents aged 18+ only.

  3. 3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Prize Draw is not eligible to enter.

  4. 4. Participants must have purchased any available laptop onsite.

  5. 5. The Prize Draw will open at 00:01 GMT on 18th March 2023 and close at 23:59 BST on 18th April 2023 (“Prize Draw Period”).

  6. 6. There is one (1) Prize available to be won in total, consisting of one £500 Samsung Voucher valid for any purchase on Samsung.com (https://www.samsung.com/uk/) until 31st December 2023 at 00:01 BST (the “Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, the voucher can only be used for a single purchase transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

  7. 7. The Prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.

  8. 8. To enter, Participants must follow the instructions in the email and click the link to leave a review for any laptop and must provide their name, email address and any other requested information on the entry review form via Samsung.com during the Prize Draw Period (“Entry”). For the avoidance of doubt, Participants can still leave a review for accessories and any other products outside of Samsung’s range of laptops but these reviews are excluded from this Price Draw and will not receive an ‘Entry’). For the avoidance of doubt, all reviews will be considered an Entry regardless of content.

  9. 9. Maximum of one (1) Entry per Participant.

  10. 10. The winners will be the Participant selected at random from all valid Entries received by the end of the Prize Draw Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  11. 11. The winner will be notified on or around 19th April 2023 via an email to the email address provided at the time of Entry. Details of the winner can be provided upon request by contacting our customer service team on 0333 000 0333.

  12. 12. The Prize will be delivered by email to the winner via the email address provided at the time of Entry within 28 days of notification.

  13. 13. By entering the Prize Draw, Participants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purposes of operating this Prize Draw and acknowledge the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and towns of residence of the winner. Participants reserve the right to withdraw their consent at any time by visiting http://www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html or by writing to the Promoter.

  14. 14. In the event a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize, the winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  15. 15. Samsung excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.

  16. 16. All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have participated and won.

  17. 17. Entry into the Prize Draw signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  18. 18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

  19. 19. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
