The Multi Take function lets you capture up to 20 slow-motion moments per video.

  • Select Camera from the home screen.
  • Swipe left on the screen to switch to Super Slow-Mo.
  • Select the settings icon (the cogged wheel, found in the bottom left corner of the screen) to check you’re using the Multi Take function.
  • Select Back.
  • Tap the Super Slow-Mo button to start recording.

Useful tip: As you’re recording, two options will appear on the screen: the Stop button and the Slow-Mo icon. The Stop button will end the recording, while the Slow-Mo icon will allow you to film at 960 FPS (Frames Per Second). This can be pressed up to 20 times during one recording.

Auto Take motion detection can detect any type of movement and record it using Super Slow-Mo.

  • Select Camera from the home screen.
  • Swipe left on the screen to switch to Super Slow-Mo.
  • To the left of the camera button, you’ll notice Manual or Auto options.
  • By selecting Auto, a square will appear on the screen. You can resize and move it to any position you like using your finger.
  • Tap the Super Slow-Mo button to start recording. When an object or person enters the square, your camera will automatically start recording in slow motion.

Option 3 - Creating Super Slow-Mo GIFs

Animated Slow-Mo GIFs can be created using forward, loop and swing videos.

  • Select Gallery from the home screen.
  • Select a Super Slow-Mo video to create your Super Slow-Mo GIF.
  • Select the icon with the three horizontal dots (found in the top right corner).
  • Select Details. You’ll be given the option to Loop, Reverse or Swing your video. Loop continuously loops the video; Reverse plays the video backwards, while Swing plays and rewinds the video continuously.
  • Save your desired Super Slow-Mo GIF.
Option 4 - Adding music to your Super Slow-Mo videos

Option 4 - Adding music to your Super Slow-Mo videos

You can upload or add preloaded music onto a Slow-Mo video.

  • Select Gallery from the home screen.
  • Select and play a Super Slow-Mo video you have previously recorded.
  • Select the music icon (found in the bottom right corner of the screen).
  • Swipe left to choose from the preloaded music options or My Music to add your own.
Option 5 - Selecting a wallpaper image

Option 5 - Selecting a wallpaper image

You can make your video a screen lock image or use it as your wallpaper.

  • Select Gallery from the home screen.
  • Select the Super Slow-Mo video you wish to use as your lock screen or wallpaper.
  • Select the icon with the three horizontal dots (found in the top right side of the screen).
  • Select Set as Wallpaper.
  • You can edit your video if it’s over 15 seconds in length.
  • Select Done when you’ve finished editing and then Set as Wallpaper.
