What cookware can I safely use on my Induction Cooktop?
Only magnetic cookware will heat by induction since the cooktop uses a magnetic field to generate heat within cookware.
All cast iron, most stainless steel, and some enamel are compatible cookwares. Copper, glass and aluminum material are non-compatible with the cooktop. To test particular pot or pan, see if a magnet will stick to it.
When using the induction cooktop, make sure the pan is centered over the element so that the magnetic sensor will recognize the pan.
