Rated 5 out of 5 by from I don't want any other earphone ever The design is gorgeous, the sound is perfect and it only leaves my neck to shower and sleep as I constantly forget they're on my neck. My workmates even joke about it. Some people complained that it falls, maybe it's because they're not using with that transparent plastic neck... thingy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect The best in ear headset I have owned, and I am no stranger to high end expensive headsets. Comfortable (with our without the neck band). The band is useful for exercise and if top do not have a collar to stop them falling down. Any earplug will come out in time. Samsung have got it just about perfect with these. Sound quality also excellent. The user features are also excellent, taking and ending calls, starting and stopping music, adjusting volume all with the touch of your finger on the right ear headphone. Good job Samsung.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from amazing concept but still some major issues This product is amazing but there are no accessories available to buy separately and I've accidentally snapped all of my neck braces and can't buy new ones everyday I worry I'll lose it as it's slipped off my neck and was lost for hours during which time I was very sad as these are no longer available to buy from any Samsung stores or website which is a worry as I can no longer hear full sound out of one of the ear phones. Am going to call Samsung tomorrow.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing headphones, amazing concept, needs just a couple of tweaks I absolutely love these headphones, the best design I have ever seen and used. They do need a couple of tweaks, but firstly, I hope Samsung stick by their current design principle and the simplicity they have cleverly created; a single loop that goes around the neck, with no complicated wiring. The magnet is simply genius. The tweaks I would love to see; 1. Have the battery area (at the back of your neck) made from a sticky (grippy) rubber that will stick to your neck/clothes through friction - so it will stay in position more often. 2. Have the earbuds exactly the same as Samsungs standard in-ear wired headphones. Samsungs in-ear headphones have the speaker at the end of a protrusion of plastic, which stays in the ear because it is stiffer when the rubber bud is on it. Without these tweaks the headphones do give you little niggles to use, but their problems are easily outweighed by their advantages. Love them! Well done Samsung!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from falls out of ear constantly Design looks good as a necklace. So looks good when not in use. Controls are too heavy so the headphones fall out of your ears almost immediately. The sound is reasonable and battery life is fair. These headphones could only reasonable be used by someone lying back in bed or an armchair sitting perfectly still, even still gravity is constantly tugging on these and I doubt anyone can keep them in for even a minute or 2. It come with a plastic neckband that sorta looks like a small kids hair accessory, but this may help you to keep them in your ear for about 5 minutes before falling out and make you look like a complete twit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst headphoners experience ever I would not buy these unless you intend to use them whilst not moving as, while walking they constantly fall out of my ears making them basically useless to me. Advised Samsung customer service of this.
