I had a horrible experience with a recent appliance delivery involving RXO. On May 7, the delivery team arrived but refused to install the refrigerator, claiming it wouldn’t fit through the door—even though no real effort was made to try. They left the new refrigerator in my garage and took all the old appliances except the microwave, which meant the food in my old fridge spoiled overnight.

On May 8, the installation team finally came out. After they left, my dishwasher began leaking. I later found out they never removed the plug from the dishwasher drain line, which is basic installation protocol. The leak ruined my kitchen cabinets, wood flooring, and even damaged my basement ceiling. My home is only 4 years old, and now I’m stuck with repairs that will cost far more than what I received in compensation.

I was offered $180 for the damage — which is absolutely insulting considering the extent of it. I was also promised compensation for the spoiled food, but that was later denied, citing the $170 I received previously for canceling an older order and upgrading to more premium appliances.

This entire experience was a disaster. RXO’s service is completely unprofessional and careless. I strongly urge others to only purchase appliances from stores that use their own trained employees for delivery and installation.

BEWARE — save yourself the damage, stress, and runaround.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Use RXO Delivery

Have had only issues with Samsung devices. With in two years of buying this the dishwasher rack coating is deteriorating/peeling, exposing the metal underneath and causing extensive rust and corrosion on the rack tines. This shouldn’t happen especially after only having it a short time.

Only issues

I've been really happy with the Samsung Bespoke AI 3-Door French Door refrigerator overall. It looks sleek, has a modern design, and the AI features are a nice bonus. It cools well, has plenty of storage, and the layout makes it easy to organize everything.

My only minor complaint is that the doors and some of the drawers feel a little lighter or looser than I expected. They work perfectly fine, but they don't have the same solid, premium feel as some other refrigerators I've used. It's not a dealbreaker by any means, just something I noticed.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend it. It's a great-looking, feature-packed refrigerator that performs well, with just a small improvement I'd like to see in the build feel.

Very clean look!

We purchased an entire Bespoke set (microwave, dish washer, fridge, stove) that was delivered in August of 2022. The microwave made a pop sound the other day when it was not even being used. The breaker tripped and would not reset. I unplugged the unit and was able to reset the breaker but would trip it immediately after trying to plug it in. After talking to a couple of different people via the online chat and on the phone, the best option they were able to give was to pay a fee for them to send a tech out to look at it because it is out of warranty. This is clearly a manufactures defect and the pictures were provided.

I am all for paying someone to fix something if I screwed up on it but this is a defect and they won't cover the cost of a tech to come out and look at or just replace the unit because it is out of warranty.

Manufacture Defect. Fire Hazard.

The Machine is amazing blows my last machine out the water (literally!) The clean is unmatched squeaky-clean dishes every time. I waited a few weeks so I could give a fair and honest review, and I must say I am impressed. I love all things smart, so this fits right into my smart home. I also have al Samsung devices and appliances its great seeing everything working on my phones Smart Things App. Its super quiet as well, which really helps in my open living space. and it holds all my dishes with ease as it has multiple load options. This is by far the best Dishwasher I have ever owned.

Great Machine

I purchased this on feb 2nd, it was delivered .architectural 6th, this purchased was part of a complete kitchen suite, we designed the kitchen around the appliances. April 7th we were finally ready to install the appliances. The dishwasher, out of the box has no rear legs, no install brackets or screws. No instruction manual. Or documentation whatsoever. Ok i just spent almost $6009 on appliances all i need is for samsung to send me a set of legs and the install package. No big deal right? After 1.5 hours on the phone, transfered to 6 different people. I was told SOL. Because I did not find the issue with 15 days of delivery. We were building a kitchen!?. And it's past 30 days since I purchased. 😒 purchased feb 2 delivered March 6. This is the worst experience ever. I now have a brand new dishwasher that is worthless because it cannot be properly installed. Oh and yea I wasted money buying samsung care+ no help their either. Never buy from these people. I will never be able to tell you weather it's a good dishwasher or not, because the items needed to install it was not provided by samsung and they out right refused to make it right. So much for customer loyalty and standing behind your products.

horrible customer service

Product will work for about a year and a day, assuming it shows up intact, which mine took 3 tries. Then you have it installed over the stove, as per the design, and the heat and steam from your stove will corrode the keypad, resulting in a large repair bill. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG

The Insiders

I've been really impressed with the Samsung NSE90H63SRAA. It looks beautiful in the kitchen and performs even better. The cooktop heats up quickly and evenly, and the oven maintains consistent temperatures, so everything from baked goods to weeknight dinners comes out great. The Air Fry feature is a fantastic bonus and has quickly become one of my favorite settings. I also appreciate the illuminated knobs and the smart connectivity, which make it convenient and easy to use. Overall, this range combines great performance, modern features, and a sleek design. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality electric stove.
