Broke a year after warranty expired most displeasing

Don't ever buy a Samsung business TV. I have had no KNOWLEDGEABLE technical support, sketchy operating instructions. Continuously disconnected phone lines, called at least 15 times and they still don't even know what model i have nor do they even know how THE works!!!!!!! NO HELP...put on hold for 15 minutes for nothing gained!! MANAGER NEVER CALLED BACK, A TOTAL DISASTER. . TV showed use in vertical mode on website but doesn't work in vertical mode which they quickly removed from their website after i pointed out... I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK BUT THEY PLAY DUMB EVERY TIME I CALL...

Just purchased to install in a school. Incredibly, we discovered there is no way to disable Bluetooth. Thus we are getting Bluetooth pairing requests popping up on the TV from students constantly. Unbelievable incompetence on Samsung's part considering the high likelihood a commercial display is going to be installed in a semi-public space.

A year after I bought this the screen went black and needed to be replaced. I called Samsung and got the best customer support I've ever experienced. A team of people worked on the problem. They delivered a new screen to my house and sent a tech person to my house who replaced the screen and got the tv running again. Even the pickup of the old screen was done very efficiently. I've always bought Sony but I'm very impressed with the product quality and amazing service at Samsung and love the TV!

I've installed hundreds of these tv's in commercial settings and they have been reliable.
