1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe™ M.2 SSD 990 PRO w/ Heatsink7,450MB/s Read | 6,900MB/s Write | PS5 Compatible

It is an evolving product, Samsung 990 PRO 1TB NVMe SSD, as a leader in the data storage market. Replaced it with an old version, immediately getting 2X data transfer speed. The system loaded very quickly, and the whole system transfer was easy. Samsung provides tools, data migration applications with an easy-to-follow manual, and a monitoring application “Magician” on their website. The real-world feel is much closure to the 990 PRO data specification. It is stable, easy-to-use & install, and fast SSD in the market. Inste...

Just upgraded my rig with the Samsung 990 4TB NVMe, and wow, this thing is FAST! 🚀 My game load times have practically vanished, and transferring massive files feels like I'm blinking. It's definitely a game-changer for anyone who deals with large amounts of data or wants peak performance. The sheer speed is exhilarating, making my whole system feel snappier than ever. I'm loving the extra space too, no more deleting old projects! If you're looking for a top-tier SSD, this one is seriously worth considering. #NVMe #SSD #Te...

I replaced a 3 year old 512GB drive as my boot drive in my gaming desktop and the speed on this is crazy fast. First benchmark gave me almost 7400 MB/s reads! Writes were at nearly 6900 MB/s! I could tell immediately my rig booted up faster. Game loads were also incredibly fast. The included heatsink with LED is pleasing to look at and is actually visible from my motherboard. The heatsink will be much better than the motherboard shield. I have other Samsung SSDs for storage as well and the magician software helps...

I got this SSD to install in a PS5. The 990 Pro with heatsink worked perfectly. It was a fairly easy install once the cover gets removed. It fits very well with the heatsink attached to it. Once installed, the PS5 recognized it and formatted it. It now shows the full 1TB available. Now I can finally update my games. Performance: It showed that the max speed was over 6500MB. The loading times are no different than the built in storage. The games run smoothly as normal. I really recommend this upgrade for any PS5 since the b...

I own a 1tb 970 ssd (4yo), a 1tb 980 m.2 (4yo), and a 2tb 990 pro with heatsink (1yo), all 3 performs excellent and as specified. All 3 are installed on a high end gaming PC. Yes, samsung is a little expensive, but like most of the things, you get what you pay for. So if you want quality and performance. Samsung is the way to go. You won't regret it. The reading and the writing speed in all 3 works as expected. Again, is $20-$30 more than a generic brand, but generic brands will say one thing, a d when you test them, they p...

I recently installed the Samsung 990 Pro 4TB with Heatsink in my Lenovo Legion, and the difference is night and day! The installation was seamless, and the drive fit perfectly. This SSD is incredibly fast. Boot times have significantly decreased, and games load almost instantly. I’m seeing read/write speeds close to the advertised 7,450/6,900 MB/s which can be seen in the benchmark screenshot. The built-in heatsink does a great job of keeping temperatures under control, even under heavy workloads. No throttling or overheati...

A couple months ago, I was looking to upgrade my gaming laptop from 2018 and this surely did the trick. It now runs 3x faster than it did before, and doesn't overheat either! It's amazing for gaming. I can't even believe it's even the same laptop honestly. It was also very easy to set up. I cloned over my HDD, plugged it in and it was ready to go! The Samsung Magician app is not required, but it makes it very easy to see your SSD's health and stats. I really wish I bought more than one lol I love it so much. I would love to...
