Hello, I recently bought two 27 inch monitors. One works well and has excellent picture quality. The other was faulty and arrived with a broken screen. The return process has been dreadful. Tons of phone calls, my military discount no longer works, I have called multiple times but will not recieve my refund until the 10 business day evaluation period is done. I would not suggest ordering from this website. Customer service is a joke. All I wanted was to a replacement for the broken monitor and I've had to jump through more ...

Let me start by saying I love this display. I bought it to replace my MSI monitor that failed, and it truly lives up to what I expect. However, after less than 4 months I have two vertical lines on the right side of the screen. I've extremely disappointed by this, but they have managed to get 3 stars instead of 1 because they are covering it under warranty. I will update this review if allowed after the warranty process is complete.

My old 2K monitor broke... and I couldnt downgrade. Went on the hunt to find a new monitor for the value. I love this monitor: Colors are amazing! We use this monitor exclusively for gaming. I like clean look with a thing bezel. The response rate is good colors are accurate. We mainly play on an xbox, that means we cant take advantage of some of the features exclusively available via PC gaming. The monitor gets the job done though. Honestly the overall graphics and resolution is supreme to anything I've ever seen with the gaming monitors on todays market. The curved screen adds that deapth of reality bringing your peripheral vision in for better over all submersive game play. I tell you this is the best monitor I've ever seen! The colors are so vibrant and deep. The images seem to jump out of it at you. That's just the beginning of how good this monitor is. I haven't experienced any glitches or lagging. The ability to fine tune just about everything you can think of and a lot of what you wouldn't think of lol. They have outdone theirselves really.
