Do your research before you buy. Go read HOW MANY OF US fell for this horrible product. And we ALL suffer from the same exact issue. A vertical crack in the screen for absolutely no good reason. Posted some pics of mine. Also they wont even see me. They literally want $200 just to see you and tell you to give them another $1000 to fix that one you had. Avoid the product all together.

We expected greatness from this product, but what Samsung delivered was far, far better than we could have imagined. The monitor itself is obviously huge, but be prepared for it to weigh nearly 35lbs, so you may need to upgrade your mounting hardware if you don’t intend to use the stand. Was delivered fast and setup was pretty straightforward, the clarity is great and being able to work on multiple tabs while just being on one screen is great. The curve makes it easy to see everything also. No problem with the refresh rate while using programs either. Brightness and contrast are easily adjustable but great right out of the box

I am running this along side of a 24 inch monitor, that monitor being for security camera feeds. I was excited to add this monitor to my gaming setup, and have been extremely disappointed with the build quality and customer service. Within a month of receiving my monitor, the panel has started to separate from the frame. This monitor has sat on a desk away from any heat sources and hasn't been subjected to any sort of physical damage, and panel separation is a known issue with these 49 inch oled monitors. I have been using this monitor for over 2 years now and have not regretted the purchase even once. 2 display ports and one HDMI when connected with KVM helps me to get my gaming PC, office laptop and personal laptop all three connected to this monitor at same time. It is total garbage. I used it less than 2 years and suddenly screen is not working. Then I called Service paid $125 than learned that Screen needs to be changed. It means you will pay $1000 to fix it or you can buy new one with $1000. It is unacceptable. It is unacceptable. Terrible experience.
