The Insiders

I really like the look of the stainless steel on the inside and outside. Matches the looks and style of my other Samsung Bespoke products. The interior light is nice when loading and unloading the dishwasher and was definitely an unexpected surprise. The other surprise is how quiet this thing is. I always have to check if I started it but that’s where the SmartThings app is nice to see if it’s running and gives me an alert when completed.

The three racks are nice but takes a little getting used to, luckily the center rack is height adjustable which helps with larger pots and pans on the bottom rack however you do have to be strategic how you load sometimes. It’s a great dishwasher and everything always comes out nice and clean.

Another great Bespoke Product

This dishwasher looks great in my kitchen. It is modern and sleek. I like the light indication on the front panel to let you know if it is running or on. The SmartThings app connectivity is a great feature and was simple to set up. I use it regularly to manage my washes.  I also love having one app to run all of my appliances in the house. The interior racks feel sturdy and durable. They hold more than I expected and have good spacing. I am a big fan of the third rack and AI wash feature. The Smart Dry works well and I appreciate the Autorelease feature for the door once the cycle is complete to let me know that it is done. I can't wait to continue to try all the features of this machine! I recommend this dishwasher for all!

Clean Dishes

There's a little bit of a learning curve on operation from the previous dishwasher but it's worth it as it operates much quieter than any dishwasher I've ever used. I never realized just how quiet 38dBA was!

It fits perfectly under the counter and the stainless steel finish looks fabulous. There are lots of little design touches that make this feel much nicer than a dishwasher should. The blue lighting when opening the dishwasher is a nice touch. 

The three rack design makes it easy to clean a big load after a family meal without having to run it multiple times and the AutoRelease door is such a brilliant feature. Nice to come home and dishes that are clean as well as dry. Not sure how I lived without it or the SmartThings scheduling feature. Nice to be able to check if I started it or not as I constantly forget if the dishes ran or not.

If only there was a way for the dishwasher to put away the dishes after drying...
Might need a Samsung robot for that!

The quietest dishwasher I've ever used

This dishwasher is just great!! It seems to be the Cadillac of dishwashers, Has many different features such as AI and it learns how you like to have the dishes washed. The racks have a lot of room for dirty items even a third rack to add more items which other dishwashers don't have and the wasted space in-between the racks, This item uses all the space so you can get the most items to have it wash. Seems like you have a personal dishwasher all the time at home and cleans very much like I just hand washed. I can even use smart things and schedule the unit to wash anytime I want. I always seem to forget to start the wash before bed and I am tucked in bed and all I just need to get my phone and use smart things app and bingo it's on. I would really recommend this unit to be your next dishwasher you will not regret it. If possible get the matching refrigerator and stove to make your dream kitchen!!

Great Dishwasher

I wasn't sure what to expect going into this, but after using it for a while, I'm genuinely impressed. The biggest surprise was how easy it was to install. I was able to install it myself without any issues, which saved me from having to schedule an installer.

The first thing I noticed is how incredibly quiet, it's practically silent. There have been several times I've had to check that it was actually running because you can barely hear it. If you have an open floor plan or spend time in the kitchen while it's running, that's a huge plus.

Cleaning performance has been excellent. The AI Wash cycle does a great job automatically adjusting the wash based on how dirty the dishes are, and I've found I don't have to pre-rinse nearly as much as I used to. Even baked-on food and tougher messes have come out clean thanks to the powerful wash system.

I really like the adjustable racks. At first, I was worried there was not enough room, but after learning how the racks worked, it turns out there is almost too much room.

Drying has also been noticeably better than my previous dishwasher. The door automatically opens at the end of the cycle, which helps everything dry more completely without having to towel off dishes afterward.

The SmartThings integration is a nice bonus. It's convenient being able to check the dishwasher's status or start a cycle from my phone, although even without the smart features, this dishwasher stands on its own. I do wish SmartThings would allow systems like Home Assistant to work natively instead of cloud based.

Overall, this has been a great upgrade. It's exceptionally quiet, cleans extremely well, dries dishes effectively, and was surprisingly easy to install myself. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Massive Upgrade!

This Dishwasher is just like having a personal Dishwasher!! The ability to use smartthings with the Internet is a great future. I sometimes forget to start the system when I am in bed and I can just get my phone and start it very easy!! The 3 racks come in handy and have lots of storage for dirty dishes. I picked the handles less dishwasher and with fingerprint resistant stainless steel. The dishwasher has a led lit stainless steel tub with adjustable middle racks along with a cutlery and drinkware areas. The unit is very quiet when it's doing its thing and as I say my personal Dishwasher!! This unit is just a awesome unit and will last a very long time for my needs. Overall it just great!!

Perfect Personal Dishwasher!

This awesome dishwasher is a welcome appliance to our home. My favorite item is that it opens when it’s done so you know it’s done and it air dries the interior of the dishwasher. It has several settings that you can use when you are washing, specially when you’re doing the plastic tubs you get from restaurants there’s actually a setting for that. There’s a setting for artificial intelligence setting for pots and pans. Also, I can put in cups of different sizes like we use widemouth coffee cups, and there are two rows for widemouth cups rather than having to overlap them with the partitions. It also has a wine glass holder, which I didn’t know and that works great. Also, when we have wine, I’m sure thing I’m gonna use it the silverware bucket. I prefer to be open rather than having a little holes so I moved one of the hinged little whole things so I’m able to put silverware in there because our silverware has very wide bottoms. But it’s great for holding straws from our water cups and the fact that I can adjust the shelves sometimes I like to wash a wash bucket in there, and I just lower it all the way, or raise the middle shelf all the way and this way it fits the water bucket, the plastic setting allows me to clean our plastic tubs that we get from the deli when we get pickles cause washing them by hand, doesn’t always seem to get the pickle smell out so this is a wonderful dishwasher. It is very versatile and it fits perfectly in our kitchen, see the pictures below. It’s really very versatile will be using this for a long time.

The clean machine

I am loving my new Samsung dishwasher! It looks incredible and sleek in my new kitchen remodel. I especially love the SmartThings app connectivity and features the app offers. Connecting to Wi-Fi was simple and appliances stay connected well. The light indicator on the front door is a great feature too. The door pops open when the cycle is finished as well. The cycle is really quiet and there are many options for cycle type, temperature, drying, etc. Recommended!
