I ordered these pedestals to lift my washer and dryer to a more comfortable height. They came really fast. The packaging was hefty and they arrived without a scratch. The color is just wonderful. Loads of storage space! The height of the inside drawer accommodates my laundry soap pods, pre-treatment sprays, dryer sheets, and the 50 oz bottles of detergents and fabric softeners - just a tad too short for 90 oz bottles though. I would definitely recommend these to my family and friends.

we replaced a kenmore washer and pedestal combination with samsung products. the volume of the samsung pedestal seems smaller and the overall height with the washer is taller than the old unit. 
cosmetically, i do not think the design is very good when stacking a unit. there is about an one inch gap between the washer and the pedestal. the covers to hide the washer's feet only do a minimal job. i would rather see one piece of plastic hiding the feet and the gap between the two units. with the high quality samsung is portraying, i guess i expected the overall appearance of the pedestal with a washer to be more refined and upscale. i had the installer come back and look at the unit. they say the installation is correct and there is nothing that can be done with the gap.

Disappointed in stacking pedestal

I’m so happy I bought the pedestals with my washer and dryer purchase - the look amazing, , perfect storage for all of my rags and , lint bin and extra supplies an extremely well made!!

Beautiful and Functional

The pedestals look nice when set up. They make the washer and dryer the perfect height. The pedestals arrived damaged as there were dents all around them. The dents were not in the front of the pedestals so I did not feel the need to go though the hassle of returning them. They are rather expensive so I expected more from Samsung.

Nice Pedestals

purchased last october with washer. the washer was delivered and working fine, however the pedestal was back ordered. arrived damaged 3 times. after the 3rd time  reluctantly installed it with the dents hoping it holds up. wondering if anyone else has had an experience such as this. very disappointed. poor quality. contacted customer service and they said they would get back to me by jan31. still waiting.

Dented Pedestal again and again and again

Knowing my washer has a rough spin cycle i *attempted* to tighten the brackets which hold the washer in place. Before the bracket even fully seated, the entire back half of the plastic mount broke off. The metal bracket that holds the washer feet onto the plastic mount is too long for its own proper use! Tightening it destroys the mount!!

It is also listed as being universal, but does not fit a Maytag washer. The mounts are too close together.

Fails during installation

I bought the pedestals for my new washer and dryer because I didn't want to bend down so low anymore.  The pedestals make the washer and dryer the perfect height for me.  I also love that there is pace underneath to store more stuff.

Great compliment for washer and dryer

if all you want, is a something to look pretty and make your washer taller... buy it!!!

but, if you want it to function like any other pedestal on the market, to hold your supplies... you’ll be disappointed.  the drawer needs to be 1” taller, and i’d be happy.
