The 27' Samsung Pedestal riser is absolutely great as it raises the entire profile of the washer high enough where I don't have to painstakingly bend over and hurt my back. I ordered 2 of these but only 1 could be fulfilled due to supply chain issues bc of COVID but I will absolutely get another one for the dryer as well. Your initial thoughts might be not to spend the $150 on a few inches but the extra height will relieve you are an elderly family members aches when doing laundry. Attached is a picture of the washer which has the Riser and the dryer which doesn't have one yet. It's night and day!

The washer and dryer are great but are very low.  I had to squat to unload them.

The installer did not know how to connect the riser to the washing machine. So they returned riser to their warehouse. I cannot find installation instructions on Samsung website. Washer model WF45T6000AW.

Riser doesn’t Fit?

Glad I bought it to raise the dryer off the ground to make getting the clothes out of the dryer a little easier. Wish it was an inch or two taller but it is still good.

Works well.  Brings the washer and dryer up to a level that we are not on our knee's to load and unload it.

It’s a perfect fit

The riser easiIy fits the washer. The original installer just was not familiar with the riser versus the pedestal.
Since the washer packing was removed I was concerned that turning the washer upside down or on its side might damage the washer internals. But it was easy to lift the washer with an strap onto the riser and fasten it correctly.
