dented, they said I cannot return as return period has expired ! wow I am stuck with a product that is under warranty but shipper damaged it. I didnt open it as this is a new home construction

Dented prodcut

I bought this 1.5 months ago and we have had issues with vibration and squeaking at certain periods during the spin cycle. I went to look into the cause and found that the plastic bracket that holds the washer foot to the pedestal had failed (cracked). I contacted Samsung to honor their stated 1 year warranty and half the support personal stated there was no warranty at which I had to direct them to their own installation manual. The other support personal told me to have the store honor their warranty. Neither makes any sense and this shows you the support you can expect from Samsung. Unfortunately I own a bunch of Samsung appliances because I believed them to be superior but based on this experience this is likely my last. Worthless support and cheap product.

Terrible support on top of cheaped out product.

I ordered this pedestal. The first one came damaged. Has dents all over. Warehouse took it back. Called to customer support and was advised to order a different one and eventually I get refunded. I placed another order for the pedestal, 2nd one arrived damaged once again…this time worst than the first. I have to take this one back to fedex to ship it back…was told to place another order. Just placed the order for the 3rd time. Hopefully this time it will come in good condition. I’ve yet to receive my refund for the first two and customer service does not help much.

Bad product

Camille

Damaged poor packing , both ped were damaged try to exchange their customer service is horrible. Will try to re-order

Poor packaging

The pedestals are very good and makes taking out the clothes from the dryer and the washer much easier. The storage is also very nice. The only thing I don't like is the price. I think it is way overpriced for what you get. You have to pay because you can't get it from anywhere else.

Good but expensive

Product was fine and would be great if it wasn't damaged TWICE. Ordered it ahead of the install people since the washer was heavy. Arrived damaged. Ordered another one and same thing. I had to call the service company that Samsung arranged to make sure I would not be charged for service.

Both damaged items sent back on the same day. After both arrived, one was quickly refunded and the other was delayed and not trusting them, I disputed the charges on my credit card.

I have one of them but I damaged it so this is a replacement. So it works well but Samsung cannot deliver it well. Also cannot take care of the service company which is no fault of mine.

Good product but can't be delivered undamaged

John

Horrible. Do not buy. Gets dented easily sometimes even during shipping or installation. I am not sure why Samsung changed the pedestal. This new one has very low quality.

Do not buy

This was design for Samsung Bespoke front load washer and dryer. Sadly I did purchase just that, Samsung Bespoke Front Load washer and Dryer with these pedestals for storage and convenient height. The design is terrible, the washer shakes so bad it hit the dryer with approximately 1.5inch gap between them!! When I removed the pedestal from the washer (standing on its own), run the same wash load, NOTHING happen!

so now I have extra pedestals for NOTHING! cannot return because it is over the 15days period...

Bottom line do not buy for your Samsung Bespoke Front Load washer...

Do not buy with bespoke front load washer

* Customers report repeated delivery damage including dents and scratches, with replacements arriving damaged multiple times despite complaints.
* Reviewers describe customer service as dismissive, bouncing between departments and refusing replacements or compensation for shipping damage.
* Many feel the company intentionally makes returns difficult and lacks accountability, eroding trust in the brand entirely.
* Those receiving undamaged units praise the sleek design, sturdy build, brushed navy finish, and improved ergonomics for back issues.
* Several reviewers state they would recommend the product if not for systemic shipping and service failures.
