the panels are nice and compliment any kitchen well.

Worth the purchase.

We bought new panels for our 4 door flex fridge, which we love! But beware, the white glass is NOT white. It’s slightly gray or off white.

White glass is NOT white, but it is pretty.

I agree with other reviewers that the ability to customize this refrigerator is a scam, and Samsung appears to be in no hurry to address growing customer concerns about it. We bought the four-door flex refrigerator two years ago with the promise that we would received four additional panels as part of the purchase. There was a form to complete to request the additional panels, which we did and mailed in (because the referenced online form was nowhere to be found). There has been no acknowledgement or response since. Periodically, every time I checked the website the gray glass top panels have never been available. The company would do well to fulfill the sales promises it makes and try to win back some loyalty. The refrigerator itself works great, has a large capacity, and a convenient refrigerator/freezer flex option, but the aesthetics of two-toned panels and non-fulfillment of panels owed us is a daily reminder of how poor Samsung customer service is.

No Customization_No Customer Service

I like the fridge, but one of the features that drew me to this particular model was the panel promotion and customization. I already had compromised on the original purchase, because they only had one panel color/option available. Now, I can't even get the panels I want to customize my fridge. Everything but stainless steel is not available in my area!!! So frustrating. What a way to make money, Samsung. Get the product sold with the offer of a rebate, but never have the items available, so the rebate doesn't get used.

Good luck being able to get panels

Don't buy unless you get the color panels you want WITH the refrigerator! As a fridge, I love it. But, I've had all the same problems with getting the color panel I wanted. We bought it in boring grey and was told we could just order the navy steel to match the bespoke stove we bought too. The problem is, the blue steel panels have not been available on our area for 18 months now and now they aren't even listed on the website as an option!

No Panels Available

Khristine

The website is awful to work with. Can't get the doors I need in black matte so now I have half my fridge with doors. I had to pay 15% to send back the wrong doors, cuz the website switched the correct doors. They agent told me he didn't know when they will be back in stock. Very Frustrated!

Can't get replacement doors

I brought the 4 door flex refrigerator, I was told these were "special made" so the door panels could be interchangeable to replace with another color, took me several of phone calls to Samsung after searching desperately online all "unavailable". When I finally spoke to some one at Samsung, I was told only 5 colors all boring and standard colors, had I knew that I would have NOT purchase a Samsung refrigerator, I would have bought a different brand, the only reason was so I could change the door panels, not no panels to order. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT for the price I paid.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

I purchased the fridge due to the panels offer in September of last year. It has been a year and my reward is expiring and I was forced to chose the colors I never wanted. During the last 12 months they never had any of the colors advertised. Sigh was mislead to spend 3K on a fridge we don't even like the look of

Panels offer is miselading

* Customers report advertised color options like navy, charcoal, and green consistently unavailable for extended periods despite marketing claims.
* Reviewers describe checkout errors, promised rebates that cannot be redeemed, and panels that simply do not exist in inventory.
* Customer service receives widespread criticism for repeated transfers, disconnected calls, scripted responses, and inability to provide real solutions.
* Several customers received damaged or incompatible panels with no reliable replacement or return process available.
* A few mention panels are visually appealing when available, but this is vastly overshadowed by complaints about unfulfilled promises.
