Felt like I should chime in since I was a little concerned by the bad reviews. I had no issues with my panels which I received at no cost due to the promo. One arrived a little corkscrewed, but flattened out once installed and looks flawless. I was able to install without the suction cup using a razor knife to pry the old panels out, but truthfully, I am pretty handy and lucky so proceed with caution. The matte black stainless looks incredible.

Yall had me scared. Great experience here.

I have been shopping for a new refrigerator for about five years always finding something I didn't like. I can honestly say there isn't anything I don't like about this one. Not only does it have everything on my list it has extras. First it has the Flex zone drawer I love it. Being able to change from a large produce drawer to a deli drawer to a meat drawer to a wine drawer that is genius. Then their is the fast freeze selection which will come in handy when it's 90 plus and you have bags and bags of groceries. Get them cooled down quickly so they don't start to turn. The metal all cooling feature makes the fridge so energy efficient I can't wait to see my new power bill. Then there are a few things I always but never had like a door alarm I'm so guilty o9f not closing the door all the way it's already let me know about it 3 times . One of the greatest features is you can change the outside color of the fridge that's really a great idea. As two appliances never need to be replaced at the same time which is why I have 3 different colors but because of this I will only have 2 ordering panels to match my one other appliance. The wifi set up to check it while your way is another idea that someone with some smarts thought of. I also love the beverage center the two ice cubes and the water pitcher are a great idea. Those outside water dispenser always looked so dirty and full of germs this is so much more sanitary really like it. I'd say all in all I'm very happy with this fridge and hope to have for many years to come..

Just Tickled Pink

I bought this 2 months ago. This product changed the perspective of a refrigerator in the house. It gives the most elegant look to the house. We can change the colors of the panel according to the interior design of the house. The beverage center is on the inside of the fridge which gives it a chic look. We can use the jar as an infuser or just as a water jar. Ice cubes come out in two sizes. I am just loving my fridge. I wish they had released this product long back.

The best features!

I bought it last month and I am so happy that I upgraded. Design is top of the notch and inside is much spacious than my previous french door Frigidaire. I am super happy that I made this purchase and I highly recommend it.

Great Upgrade!!

I buy my bespoke and I am very happy is the best refrigerator

Great staff I love it is beatifull

These doors were super easy to install. Only downside is that our delivery person was supposed to install them and told Us he couldn’t because it was a liability for him; so, that left us to do it. Again, these were super easy to install but we shouldn’t have had to do it in the first place.

Super easy to install

I purchased a 4 Door Bespoke Refrigerator because of the customization. The purchase included a rebate for a 2nd set of door panels. For the last 3 months Ive been trying to order 4 panels for my refrigerator but at least one pane is always out of stock. Once I tried logging out and immediately logging in again and a panel that was out of stock before my logout was now back in stock but one that was in stock was no longer available. The website is full of errors. For example attached is a screenshot that shows what happened when I tried tried to order a bottom panel for my model, I selected the correct model and panel on the right but the actual panel is for a 3 door refrigerator. Be very careful when you order a panel Ive spoking with Samsung online sales numerous times and it seems that the focus is to be overly polite rather than being helpful. Also when I purchased my refrigerator the website showed numerous colors that are no longer available. I am very disappointed with Samsung, based on my experiences to date I will never buy another Samsung appliance. I hope Samsung Quality Control is better than their customer service and website support.

Panel Rebate Usless

a bunch of decepti-cons - not really truthful in what they advertise. I bought the fridge for the function (which honestly works good, love the water pitcher & ice feature) - however the interchangeable panels no longer available.

good function / bad promise

I purchased my refrigerator in December of last year and was excited about the glass panel promotion. I had purchased the 4 door refrigerator. I was frustrated in trying to order my glass panels, like everyone else it kept saying out of stock. This morning I was finally able to order the promotional glass panels. It has been 5 months but they finally were available. Other than that I love the refrigerator, features, color, dual ice feature, etc, I have purchased several Samsung products and am happy with all of them!

glass panels finally

So far we had a great experience both with the fridge and with the service so I wanted to add my positive note, seeing so many negative comments here. We submitted our request for 4 extra free panels immediately after having the fridge delivered. The customer representative on the phone was polite And helpful, our request was approved a week or so later and another week later we received the panels in good condition. So far everything was great and the fridge works as expected. One question only: will Samsung have different color options in the futures?

So far so good

Well packaged. Very easy to swap out the panel. Love the blue color. Wish Samsung would fix the availability of other panels and colors.

Easy panel swap

I love being able to change out the panels on my Bespoke fridge. The Stainless Panel looks great in my kitchen.

Love my changeable panels!

I love the Stainless Steel Panel and it was easy to switch out.

Middle Panel easy to use

I purchased these panel shortly after i purchased the refrigerator and am very happy with the color.

Love the interchangeable panels on the Bespoke

* Most customers report promised customizable panels were discontinued, unavailable, or blocked by system errors after purchase
* Many describe zip code restrictions and expired rebate codes preventing access to advertised colors like charcoal glass and matte gray
* Reviewers note unresponsive customer service with endless transfers, generic responses, and no resolution despite months of contact
* A small group praises the dual ice maker, Family Hub interface, and elegant design when panels were successfully obtained
* Several report physical issues including improper panel fit, lack of insulation, and easily bent stainless steel finishes
