Bespoke free panel offer was processed very quickly. I think maybe a week or two after submission. When ordering the panel's, the suction cub appeared as an option to order and clearly stated it would be free so I included it in the order. Panels arrived in less than a week. I think that is great customer service.

Didn’t authorizes in my order, never asked for it never used. It will be returning it don’t need it to install the panels. You don’t need it.

I messed up and didn't order it with my free bespoke panels. a comparative one was $9 at my local hardware store. So rather than give terrible reviews here, I recommend you 1) make sure you include it in your order with the $430 discount (the $400 is for the panels, the $30 is for the suction cup) 2) just go buy it at the hardware store and don't leave a bad review!

easy solution if you forget to include it in order

Exactly the same issue as the other review: I ordered some bespoke panels through the website to change the look on my fridge and the package I received did not include a suction cup for door panel removal... even though both the website and the instructions clearly stated that a suction panel should have been included. 

Contacting customer support led nowhere. I was getting transferred multiple times between departments and no one was able to help me.

Samsung has the absolutely worst customer support in the industry.
Stay away!
I ordered 4 panels and a suction cup as a part of their Bespoke promotion.
After a long 3 months wait I finally received the panel. I never received the suction cup.
I contacted Samsung, first through the chat, and then called them. I've been transferred between departments 7 times. I there is still no resolution in sight...

Absolutely worst customer service in the industry!

Customer service sucks! Same problem as the other reviewers.  Ordered the set of panels through the promotion for my bespoke refrigerator; they sent the panels without the suction cup; called customer service numerous times to resolve the issues, only to be sent from department to department across the globe.  I am just going to pick up a similar suction cup at Home Depot for under $10.  Problem solved, but NO THANKS to Samsung Customer Service (NOT).
