First off, I have always had excellent luck with Samsung products and I love the air purifier cubes. I bough two back a few years ago and they are amazing. When I tried to buy replacement filter kits there were none to be had. Why?? I went with an aftermarket company and the filters did not fit unless I wanted to duct tape them in. Samsung had none available. Here we are 2 years later and it looks like nobody can get them now. Really?? I am giving them a 1 star for now. If I actually hear back and get a filter kit I will upgrade the rating. Come on Samsung!

Really...no filter replacements still??

this was the first Samsung product I bought the Samsung Cube. it has been a disaster ever cents. And sadly I bought a bunch for other friends to. before you buy any Samsung product, make sure that you can get replacement parts such as the filters or you were just buying a disposable appliance, could never get filters for this thing, and it looks like garbage after a year it practically scratches when the wind blows I've never owned a Samsung product before and this was my first and last attempt, I can't believe they stay in business

Samsung disposable one use air purifier.

I cannot order the replacement filter for the Cube Air Purifier. I got an email from Samsung saying it was back in stock, but the website (https://www.samsung.com/us/home-appliances/home-appliances-accessories/air-purifier/filter-kit-for-cube-smart-air-purifier-dust-deodorizing-cfx-h1001-aa/?cid=emlcrm-ecom-trigger-instockalert-030421-113454) says the filter is still out of stock. I called Samsung Parts at 1-800-627-4368, and they said they DO NOT stock filters for air purifiers. I agree with the other reviewer about the lack of ongoing support for this product. How is chucking a $600 air purifier that is rather large sustainable?

No support for Cube Air Purifier

I love this product, I've been having trouble finding new filter kits when will you restock I haven't been able to used my smart cube purifiers since I need new filters

Great product

Samsung air purifiers were a total scam. I invested over $1,000 in them only for them to discontinue these filters.

Great filters, impossible to find

What a disaster. My worthless cube found the bottom of my trashcan. And to the bot responding to these negative reviews....I WILL NOT WAIT FOR YOU TO GET SOMETHING IN STOCK YOU NEVER WILL STOCK! Don't I waste your time with a response. I knew I was getting took when I bought this over priced machine.

NO FILTER....BIGGEST PAPERWEIGHT EVER!!!

First off, I have had excellent experience with all of the Samsung products that I have purchased including the Cube Smart Air Purifiers. But, I tried to purchase replacement filters 2 years ago and could only find aftermartket filters that did not even fit the units (unless I wanted to duct tape them on). I was going to make another try to purchase direct from Samsung, but it looks like many folks have tried and failed. I do not understand this. So I am giving a 1 star for now and will upgrade the review if I actually hear back and am able to purchase a replacement filter kit. If I do not hear back, I will never purchase a Samsung product again.

Really...no replacement filter kits???

Filters impossible to find or purchase............

Horrible after care

Rainly

Incredibly abysmal support from Samsung, particularly when the CFX-H1401/AA filter is a perfect fit for the Cube model but they won't tell you that for... reasons? I bought and measured against my original filter and the dimensions are exactly the same, but it's not listed as compatible with the AX300T9080S/AA or AX300T9080W/AA Cube models.

Great filter, abysmal support
