Last year I purchased a Bespoke Jet™ Cordless Stick Vacuum with All-in-One Clean Station® in Misty White.  This system requires replacement dust bags which are no longer sold online or in stores.  I paid ~$699 for a vacuum and cleaning station which I can now no longer use because Samsung stopped manufacturing the dust bags.  This is very frustrating...especially since this vacuum is still being sold on the Samsung website.  Samsung, please correct this or offer refunds to buyers who have purchased this vacuum!

Dust Bags Unavailable!

I've been a SAMSUNG fan for years purchasing multiple brand tv's, and appliances. So when I needed a vacuum and saw the Bespoke Jet, I was excited. Although the price tag seemed steep, I figured you get what you pay for and purchased without hesitation. That was 6 months ago. I was SUPER happy for the 1st 5 months. However, When I reordered bags, I waited several weeks only to receive the wrong size and find out, the bags needed no longer exist. Simultaneously, the dust bag chamber door now will no longer latch, preventing the Cleaning station panel from latching.

Broke Bespoke

Great vacuum! But after u use the bags it comes with ur SOL on getting the right bag to fit off Amazon and Samsungs option is nearly double what the original cost of the original bags how is that good customer service I spent $1000 on a smart vacuum I can’t even use anymore. It’s very frustrating spending that much on something that u can’t even use can’t stress that enough!

Great product but useless after a week

1 week.  Really liked vacuum.  Went to buy vacuum bags.  There are no vacuum bags for purchase.  At least 6 months if not longer.  Who makes a product that requires a consumable that you can not purchase because they do not make them ?  Huh?

I purchase a lot of Samsung products (commercially).  My last two orders were not Samsun.  Bought GE instead.  Lol.
