      Absolutely afraid to order a replacement battery here, horror stories. I should have known better then to buy Samsung. Rather then spend or waste more money I'm just going to trash this 2 yr old jet75.

      Disappointed Exactly 13 months of usage, and then it dies, I have dozens of other battery operated items that last several years, I'm a little disappointed in Samsung for this design

      I am beyond angry with Samsung. I ordered a battery for my vacuum cleaner from their official website, and instead they sent me a filter — completely the wrong item! Fine, mistakes happen. But what’s absolutely unacceptable is what came next. They told me to return it and promised a refund once it was received. I did exactly that over a month ago, and guess what? Still no refund. I’ve called, emailed, and chatted with customer service countless times — every time it’s the same useless response: “We’ll look into it.” No one actually does anything! This is pathetic service from a company like Samsung. I’ve wasted time,...

      Battery back up isn’t good , stocks are not updated at world wide recognised Samsung online website , no easy way to get a authorised battery replacement service with customer support too

      NOT THE SAME BATTERY - DOES NOT WORK I just bought this from the amazon store front and the battery does not connect to the prongs on the vacuum or the charging station

      Doesn't fit the Jet 75 I bought in 2021. Double-checked I own a Jet 75 and not a Jet 75+ or anything else like that. This battery is slightly smaller and while it will slide into the same slot, it won't connect to the prongs on the vacuum. Whole vacuum is trash now. Don't buy a Jet.
