There is no clear detail on what 24" washing machine this is for. I purchased it for my 24" Samsung washer and it was incorrect. there is another kit SKK-DF that also work for the same size machine. When trying to obtain an exchange, I got to talk to multiple AI agents, without reaching a resolution.

The washer and especially the dryer are vibrating and are very noisy at the spin cycle. Had to put a stopper to stop the washer to move. Contacted Samsung, they send a tech and they made test with empty machine. They did not want to test it with a load in the machine. Very unprofessional.
