The oven base material (steel) and the coating inside the oven has delaminated from high temperature corrosion, causing a safety hazard. not safe to slide racks with heavy hot dishes / pans. Im not getting any help from Samsung on a refund/ replacement.

Im a metallurgical engineer and corrosion expert so I know bad selection of materials and processes when I see them shame on you Samsung. . .  I want my money back

We are so happy with this beautiful wall oven! Sleek, streamlined style, very user friendly, great lighting, non-irritating sounds/alarms, sturdy/ reliable feeling, and functions beautifully! 
My favorite feature is the broiler in the upper microwave compartment! It's perfect for melting cheese over something or gently crisping or browning the top of a meal. 

We are VERY pleased with our new appliance! ♡

The worst experience ever. Unit was installed and never worked since day 1. Samsung sent me technicians that are clueless and spent hours at my home while I wait and still have not been able to repair eventhough I asked for them to replace the defective unit. Almost a year into this and warranty almost expiring I stil dont have a microwave or an oven and playing cat and mouse with Samsung customer service text stupid system before reaching a person. I spend days into this trying to repair what should work from day one and still it does not work and have lost faith in working this out and will throw away this unit and buy an LG or another trusted brand. BEWARE AND NEVER BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES.

unit was delivered on april 28th, 2021. i purchased this for a new home. it was not installed until august of 2021. it was taking months to get these units delivered so we planned ahead. unit stopped working june 20th, 2022. samsung said it is out of warranty, even though it has been installed for less than a year. i was warned by a dealer to not buy samsung appliances because support is terrible and parts are difficult to get. i tried another local appliance repairman and he turned me down because it is a samsung unit and said it is a disaster to get parts. i finally found a repairman to come take a look at it, but there is not parts diagram available for this model anywhere i have looked, to even find the part. Think long and hard before you buy.

I purchased this unit in January but didn’t have it installed until mid March due to kitchen renovations. The unit arrived with physical damage and the microwave stop working less than 2 months after installation. Currently waiting on tech to come to fix. Will post update when I can. Very dissatisfied with my purchase.

We purchased the Chef's Collection Microwave / Oven Combo six years ago. We love the look of it; we designed our kitchen around the Chef's Collection appliances. Unfortunately, it died after only six years. We have spent a month trying to get it repaired with no luck. Appliances, especially ones at this price point that are built in, should last longer than six years.

We purchased a suite of Samsung appliances for our home 2.5 years ago. Our wall micro/oven combo no longer works, displaying the error code C-A2 when using either the microwave or oven. Internet searches shows this is a common fault with this unit (the result of a melted wire - not very safe!). Samsung will not stand behind their product. There is no recall and since the product is past the 1 year warranty, they will not repair. This will be the last time we purchase Samsung appliances.

I was so excited about the features of this oven that I removed a brand new oven that came with the new house and replaced it with this one. I still love the features, but the repair record has been awful. This oven wasn't cheap and I've spent over 60% of the original cost on three separate problems repairs. Now it is broken again (C-A2) error. I'm considering getting a different oven rather than repair this for the fourth time.

Smart Buy -  Smart Microwave Combination Wall Oven

purchased in early 2018 and repaired in late 2018.   soon the microwave worked intermittently and now the microwave and oven both stopped working completely in 2021.   repairmen came 4 times to replace parts and diagnose problem but still cannot get it to work.  customer service is as bad as the oven is.

Huge disappointment

Pros - 
1. Great height, making it easy to use for everyone 
2. The inside volume is quite large for both the microwave and the oven, and so it can fit larger items easily
3. The oven pre-heats pretty quickly (~10 mins). It shows you the inside temperature as its heating up.
Cons - 
1. More expensive than buying a wall oven and a separate microwave that can be put into the wall. 
2. When the top door (microwave) is open, its difficult to reach the back wall to clean it, even with a long arms. We have to go to the side and then reach in to clean it
