This washer handles our family's laundry with room to spare. The capacity is excellent full loads of towels and bedding fit easily, so we run fewer loads each week. The AI sensing actually works: it detects the fabric type and how dirty the load is, then adjusts the wash on its own, and clothes come out properly clean without me guessing at settings. The auto dispense is a small thing that makes a big difference day to day, and the spin cycle wrings out so much water that drying takes noticeably less time. It is also much quieter than our old machine, even during spin. Very happy with it so far.

I’m very happy with my new Samsung washing machine. It has a modern design, works quietly, and has plenty of useful features. I especially love the automatic detergent dispenser, which makes doing laundry much easier and more convenient. The clothes come out clean, and the machine is easy to use. Overall, it’s a great washing machine, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and modern appliance!

I’m very happy with my washer! It has a great capacity, making it easy to wash large loads of laundry and save time. It cleans clothes really well and handles different types of fabrics effectively. I also appreciate the fabric sensing and soil detection features, which help adjust the wash cycle based on the laundry’s needs. The spin cycle does a great job removing excess water, so clothes come out less wet and take less time to dry. Overall, it’s a great washer, and I’m very satisfied with its performance!

I've had a great experience with this Samsung Bespoke washer. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is massive, making laundry day so much faster because I can fit huge loads (like bulky comforters) with ease. It runs quietly, cleans thoroughly, and the smart features via the SmartThings app are super convenient for tracking cycles

We have had this machine for over a year. It has been outstanding. It has a large capacity and many load options. Our clothes come out very clean. The spin cycle ensures they are not damp which cuts down on drying times and cost. We love the automatic detergent and fabric softener dispensing capabilities, I don't know if they operate with soil detection and fabric sensing but they appear to work great. We save on detergent costs as well as get clean clothes. We got a great deal purchasing it directly from Samsung. We love this machine.
