This is an attractive piece of hardware, Samsung should continue to collab with this company for design. I just got it yesterday and set up with my new Z Fold 7, Watch Ultra and Buds 3 Pro. All are charging well and fast, must be plugged into a wall with the fast charge brick enclosed. Using other plugs or any USB C outlet won't suffice for power; phone will not get charged. So far, so great!!

Terrific Charger

The charger looks great but has issues with charging a s25 Ultra and s24 plus. you either have to re-attach the phone a few times or unplug the power and plug it back in to make charge the phone.

The watch and buds are working without any issues.

Looks great doesn't charge all the time

Will not charge the phone when fast charging is on. Earbuds charging flashes red and won't charge any earbuds accept the samsung pro 3 buds. What's the point of having it?

Won't work with Fast Charging on

Not sure what the fuss is all about with this charger. It works great. I imagine a lot of people did not read the fine print that said you need a Qi2 compatible case to use this charger. It has to have Mag safe built into the case. For the people saying that fast wireless charging doesn't work. It works just fine for me. It will say when you first connect it that fast wireless charging is effect, and then just say wirelessly charging. It is still fast wirelessly charging. So if you didnt read the full specs before you got this, thats on you. Works great for me.

Fantastic Product- Charges everything easily

There is clearly a defect in this product with the phone charger I tried calling customer service two times and each time to keep trying to blame my phone which is not the case I found by turning off fast wireless charging it charges and this is on an s24 ultra for this much this product should be working and it's obviously an issue that we're all having not just me leave it to Samsung to put out a product without fully testing it per usual I think this is the last Samsung product I will buy

Phone charger is faulty don't buy

Don't buy this charger. It's just terrible. I got it for a Fold 7. However after a couple charges the fast charge stops working. Same issue everyone else is having. They should really pull this product as is not something I would expect from Samsung. The add insult to injury it is way too expensive for what you get. The metal stand is flimsy. Feels like a cheap Temu charger.

Terrible product. Stay away.

I read the reviews and knew my s23 ultra needed a magnetic case so I bought one. Magnetic locked great and stand started to charge but as others have said it just stopped after a minute. I tried it 10 different times and it would not continue to charge. So I will be returning it. Is is a shame because with the new watch8 it wont sit right on any of the older multi chargers

Won't stay charging..

Got this charger a few days ago.
Good: The charger looks sleek and well constructed.
Bad: Price. I got it on discount, but who will pay $150 for a marnetic charger when it is possible to buy from multiple retailers for x2-x5 times cheaper?
Agly: The charger doesn't recognize a Galaxy S25 Ultra phone with a MagSafe case in about 50% of connection
attempts. Need to reposition a phone or cycle power on the charger to initiate charging process. This issue is only for the phone charging coil, the watch and Buds charge fine. The charger is not built by Samsung, but by third party manufacturer, so could be QA issues.

Going to return it. For the price they charge for this device, it should be flawless.
There are other people on various forums who experienced the same issue with phone charging.
My phone with MagSafe case charges without any problem on three different Qi2 chargers, so the issue is with the Samsung charger itself.

I will not recommend this charger until they will fix the phone charging issue and reduce the outrageous price. Best Buy sells the same charger for MSRP of $129, which is still expensive. Why Samsung sells it for $150?

Doesn't recognize Galaxy S25 Ultra all the time.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this piece of junk! It looks good and worked great for the first 2 weeks and then it stopped charging the phone. If you unplug it and replace the plug the LEDs flash thru a sequence and the phone will charge. Remove the phone and try charging again it will not work. You have to unplug it again before it will work. Customer servive is in some foreign country and their english is so bad it is difficult to understand but after 1:30 minutes on the phone with them they sent me a shipping label to return it. Don't know what happens now- maybe a repair, or maybe a replacement - Guess I wait and see

Don't waste your money!

Fast charging on the Z Flip 5 must be turned off for this to work. Same story for S24 and S25. Go look in your own official Samsung forums and you'll see the same complaints. It's not the case, you can hold the naked phone to the charger and it will stop charging within a few seconds with fast charge enabled. As soon as you turn fast wireless charging OFF in the settings, the charger works...but incredibly slowly. The fact that this has been an issue for MONTHS (again, go read your OWN OFFICIAL community forums) and Samsung continues to sell this piece of junk just shows how out of touch they are. Just got it today, returning it tomorrow. What a joke.

Won't fast charge even slightly older phone models

I like many others didn't listen to the previous bad reviews and decided to give it a shot. They were right. Out of the box it looks fantastic. Tested my buds and my watch, both charging. I thought all these bad reviews are wrong this thing is great! As I went to bed, I put my Z fold 7 on it at 37%, the phone showed it was charging and went to sleep. When I woke up and grabbed my phone it was at 22% and the charger was flashing red. Unplugged it and plugged it back in, still flashing red. Now the only thing it will charge are my buds and watch, the phone does nothing when you put it on it. This thing is WAY to expensive to charge just those 2 devices. Samsung help!

I didn't listen......

This product does not work as it is supposed to. The first night I put my Galaxy S23 Ultra and Smart Watch Galaxy Ultra but the following morning only the watch was charged. The following night I placed the watch and the phone on the charger and noticed that the phone was not charging. I read the reviews and saw that someone mentioned turning off quick wireless charging and that worked. No issues for a few weeks then the phone stopped charging when placed on the charger and now I have to unplug and plug the charger back in every night once I dock the phone and watch. Extremely disappointed in this product.

I should have read the reviews

* The product has a mixed reception, with some users reporting unreliable phone charging, compatibility issues, and a flimsy design.
* It works well for charging watches and earbuds, and disabling fast wireless charging may resolve the charging problems.
* The overall performance and consistency are inconsistent.
