I bought mine two weeks ago. I enjoyed it at first, but then the nib broke.

First of all, the nib snapped, so now the stem is stuck inside the pen, and it has been impossible to get it out (the nib removal tool is designed such that it can't remove a snapped nib). Second of all, the pen only comes with 3 nibs, and I've heard nothing but trouble regarding buying replacements -- that is to say, you can't buy replacement nibs. If I cannot get replacement nibs, and one nib lasts only 2 weeks, this pen is not worth it if I can only use it for 6 weeks.

I'm in the process of returning it, I just have to wait for the store I bought it from to reopen in a couple days.

Concerning Nib/Tip Design

I purchased this S Pen 8/24 and I am now on my last nub. As others have shown the heads are prone to breaking off. I believe this is due in part to their longer length. If you have a case it only fits the standard S Pen and you end up putting extra side pressure on these heads. Plus they fall off frequently without a well fit resting spot.

I have been shopping around for replacement nibs that aren't titanium but I haven't found any hard or soft plastic heads that say they fit.

Usage wise, this S Pen isn't that much better than what it comes with. I, honestly, regret buying it. Once this last head breaks in a few months I will probably just go back to the S Pen my tablet came with.

Disposable S Pen for Rich People

This pen cost $100 and you can't keep the tips on it You'll be riding drawing whatever the occasionally be and suddenly got her right again and it feels flat like it's sliding across the glass on your screen You look down and your whole tip is just popped off but you have the little white nib stuck inside your galaxy pen which you can either then grab with a pair of tweezers to pull out or get it like a needle for sewing super super hot stick it to it and let it cool down and then pull it out that wayprice at 100 but definitely worth $15. Not $100 at all

s Pen Creator Edition-  NOT WORTH COST

Disappointed with the S Pen Creator Edition

I purchased the S Pen Creator Edition expecting a high-quality tool for my creative projects, but I am disappointed with its durability. After just a month of light use, the plastic nib broke and is now stuck at the top of the pen, making it completely unusable.

For a product marketed to professionals and creatives, I expected better performance and longevity. While the pen was great initially, this flaw has made it unreliable. I hope Samsung can address this issue in future versions.

Until then, I cannot recommend this product for serious use.

Disappointed with the S Pen Creator Edition

Used the pen for about a week until the tip broke off in my pocket (since Samsung removed the dedicated pen storage on the new tablets) and now the stem is stuck inside the pen and cant be removed. The pen is useless now and the damage is not covered under warranty because it is physical damage and I have to pay to fix my $80 pen that will probably break in another week. Not worth the repair, not worth the money. Don't buy

Breaks Easy and warrenty won't cover britle tips

Bought the creator while in a jam, I had  the stock pen that comes with the S9 series tablet & a nib broke off in it, then the tip part of the pen broke so I was in a jam & needed one. I rushed & purchased the creator because it was the only compatible I could get same day & all I can say is, so far....total perfection, everything. The only thing I would change would be the coating material, I would make the creator with the same grippy type rubber coating, them it would be absolutely perfection. Pen nibs are huge compared to the regular pen nib, with the regular pen I was going gthrough them every 5-7 days. We'll see with the creator. But so far so good. Price, really not as bad ad I thought it would be. The sensitivity is perfect, this should be made stock for gaming as well! Way to go Samsung! Give yourself a huge pat on the back!

Worth it!

I will start with three negatives even though there are several more positives. First,  pretty much if you drop this s pen you might as well through it in the trash. The drop durability ☆. Next, of course if your nib breaks with some still in pen, you may as well throw it in the trash as well. The only samsung dealership that is within 100 miles will not even attempt to get the broken piece out, and if you attempt to do it, and tear it up, guess what is not covered with samsung care. So they will not try to fix it and you can't fix it. This is the reason that I own 3 different creators with none working. So $300 in s pens. If you get the titanium tips, they will begin marking on whatever you are working on a foot from it.  Now for the good.If you do happen to have a functioning creator you are in possession of something wonderful. There bigger pen feels more natural and has great recognition. The angle at which one can write is unmatched. Events ought the tips are a larger size you can still maintain a good fine line. The compatability with my new samsung galaxy s 10 fe is great.  It connects seemlessly without ever having to charge it. Creativity samsung displyed with this pen is slightly above average.   The price would be well worth it if it would come with a case or some protection of sorts. overall rating ☆☆☆☆

Durability and beyond.

Got this for my birthday. It broke within a week. The nib snapped. So I was able to pull it out and replace it using the provided replacement nib. Now the S-Pen doesn't work anymore. It won't interact with the screen at all. I contacted support and the answer seems to be "that's too bad. Have a nice life." My wife ordered it a month early for my birthday. Which means by the time I received it, the return window was closed. Nothing to be done. Waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY THIS THING.

Cheap garbage - DO NOT BUY

Its a nice upgrade from the standard S pen that comes with the tablet. Its feels a lot better to draw and write with. The size feels much better for multi hour writing sessions and the extra tip improves the tilt sensing for drawing as well. I haven't really experience any of the problems stated by other users even after using it for several hours each day for months. However I will say I have been using it with a matt screen protector which dramatically improves the writing/drawing experience. The nibs have been wearing down rather quickly though,  I'm already halfway down 1 after about 2 months, and I am struggling to find replacements.

Nice upgrade from standard S Pen

I bought this product back in December, had no complaints up until the nub broke off and the stem got stuck. The performance of the pen was great as well as the grip, but the design of the pen failed us all who utilize it for art, work, and other usage.  The original S pen works better in my opinion for durability. I believe Samsung could revamp this to wear it's metal inside and not plastic since the pen is fragile because of it. I contacted Samsung about this, but they only gave me two options, buy a new pen or go to a store to have it fixed since warranty would not cover this. As it is not a technological problem.

Beware of the Stem being stuck.

I really liked the upgrade for drawing,  personally I hate most features of these things and don't use it outside my drawing apps except to keep fingerprints on the screen. The issue comes with the thing refusing to charge or connect properly. I've tried their article to fix it and haven't had any luck from support to get any new ideas or fixes you can't  find in a 3 minute Google search. I bought it on sale so it's not quite $100 down the drain but overall the quality of add on products for tablets and phones from Samsung and its partners has definitely gone down. The Samsung branded case I bought didn't fit and wouldn't let this spend sit properly so I returned it instantly.

I liked it until fit died

Bought this because I lost my original s-pen, being able to draw on a tilted plane is a great feature but the plasticky feel of the nib on the surface of tablet is hard to get used too and makes me concerned about scratches.  The most disappointing part however is the quality of the pen nibs. The pen comes with three replacement nibs I have had this pen less than a month and all three have already broken. This is absolutely unacceptable for the price they ask for this pen.

* While some appreciate the ergonomic grip and tilt sensitivity, these benefits are undermined by fragility and lack of modularity.
* Warranty explicitly excludes wear-and-tear damage, and Samsung support offers dismissive responses with no replacement options available.
* Most reviewers feel betrayed and regret the purchase, describing the product as a waste of money and a design flaw.
