I just got the S25 ultra but I'm still thinking on switching from the S23 to it when I heard about the bluetooth removal on the s pen with is an awesome feature of it. We need improvement, new features not downgraded.   I'm more likely on returning the S25 ultra and wait for the next one.

Samsung remove the bluetooth feature because they want customer to spent more on their products. They're forcing us to buy a watch if we like the remote feature. The 25 ultra with a useless s pen for the same money + a galaxy watch for at least $400. All it's about making more money, they don't care about customer interest. I will stick with my 23 ultra and return the 25 ultra.

Bring Bluetooth back/ useless s pen

Haven't had the phone long at all. Slipped out of my hand and the pen broke completely in 2!

Worst decision by samsung to remove the Bluetooth from the SPen.

Samsung consider removing all other features which we never used on the phone like your AI which I still hardly use. I never used you speech to text or phone language conversations features. There are lot better apps available for such tasks. Kindly remove whole image editing AI feature as I use other better third party apps.

Kindly remove teh spen now as it's totally useless for me, after removing the most important feature which I was using almost daily being photo enthusiasts.

I have watch to use as remote as an option so there are similar apps available for AI, text to speech and other features why you are integrated them. So if Bluetooth is not important other features are also less important and consider removing them in future.

RemoveD Bluetooth but this junk is at same price

Just got the S25 Ultra noticed i can't take photos remotely with the sPen and I don't particularly like the galaxy watch. So a favorite function that I enjoyed since S23 is now gone. If Samsung doesn't fix this. This will be my last Samsung phone.

Stupid Samsung

S pen is functionially useless. The Bluetooth capability was why I stuck with the series. The current S Pen is not even a good stylus. It is finicky and does not write where it should. And now I can't control slides or take pictures with it. Why did that take a great feature and ruin it in every way?

Samsung ruined the S Pen

Very sad that Samsung did away with the Bluetooth feature on the stylus. It was by far the best feature.  Definitely disappointed.

NO BLUETOOTH! Awful!

If I had known the the s pen would not longer be Bluetooth..  I would have kept my s24.

s pen NOT Bluetooth

I just got my s25 and the pen fell out and broke. Haven't even had the phone for a week. It feels light, extremely cheap and doesn't stay in the phone properly. Not to mention the fact that they don't have the color I need stock and they took away the Bluetooth feature. If the pen is just going to fall out and break plus the lack of Bluetooth features it's really not worth getting the s25 ultra. Do better.

Feels cheap, falls out of phone and breaks

This product is complete dodo. I hate it!!!  what was the point to even add the spen at all to the s25 ultra??? Air function was so cool and fun to play with and you stole it from us. We want it back samsung. Who cares if 1% of the people used the function at least it was there and was paid for. The sad thing is and was is that we paid just as much if not more for the s25 over the s24 and the s24 had the bluetooth functionality. Im upset with this product, its an over priced useless piece of plastic. I would gladly give mine away to someone so they don't waste they money. This falls under the most useless tool for your phone no need to have.

Terrible product, engineer team add bluetooth

I used my pen daily for work. Recently I upgraded so I thought from a note 9 to the s25. So much regret to be frank I dont even want it. The excitement of a new device is gone, and I haven't even had this thing for a month yet! By far the worse stylus samsung has ever put out. Had a problem with calibration. Spoke with samsungs support group to resolve issue. On the previous models we could manually calibrate the s pen. Nope not anymore. I was directed to re insert the pen and extract it so that it may self calibrate. I wish I were kidding. I have to perform this task multiple times every use of this tool. Such a pain. Never again!

Bought this phone for my daughter and was so excited to show her how she can use her s pen to take selfies without having to hold the phone in some weird way to press the on-screen shutter.  I was disappointed to find out that Bluetooth functionality had been removed to save money.  Since the pen costs the same as it always has, the savings go right to Samsung.  So very disappointed.  They claim evolution and customer feedback but how is it "evolution" to remove the most popular feature of the S Pen?  And if customers really don't like it, they don't have to use it but at least give them the option.

OFFER A BLUETOOTH S PEN FOR S25 ALREADY!

I'm disappointed.  I had a note 4 and a note 20. I was impressed with both and looked forward to the S25 ultra which I took to be the flagship model. Meaning it should have had the highest grade materials and the best features possible.  In all honesty,  can you make that claim?  I feel like your responses to other criticisms are shallow and meaningless, promising no resolution to the reasonable complaints.  I think I speak for my compatriots in saying,  we feel stolen from. I know this is supposed to be product oriented but how this near betrayal makes us feel is in fact a product issue.
