As others have said, the instructions are nearly impossible to figure out, with tiny, confounding illustrations and very little guidance in words. I did manage to figure it all out on the first try, but despite everything there's still a very ugly, noticeable horizontal line through the middle of the screen where the protector needed to be bent to get the film off for adhesion. It's been over a day since application and it's not fading AT ALL, it is ugly and extremely visible even from far away; for the cost of these screen films I expected SO much better.

Expensive garbage

Application process is convoluted, instruction pictures seem to be either purposefully confusing or missing multiple steps. The result is that you will mess up the first one, mess up the second one, and buy from another company. This has been true since at least the Galaxy S20, and yet less than 10% of the instruction booklet has any pictures or instructions on it. I love a lot of what this company does, but this is a complete waste of money that they refuse to innovate on, avoid avoid avoid.

Unacceptably Awful Instructions

Very complicated process. Don't buy it. Just buy cheap one on amazob

USELESS!

As the others have stated, the instructions are worse than bad. I know Samsung's response is to go to Youtube and see a video. How about this Samsung? Why don't you give decent instructions from the start?

Lousy instructions

The instructions are unclear and confusing. Important steps are poorly explained, which can lead to mistakes. I installed the first one, but I had to remove it because it had a lot of bubbles. Then I installed the second one, and there is still a line in the middle of the phone.
