      Totally mindboggled here. This is ½ a case. It literally protects half the phone. Appalled at the design here, and the cost for this debauchery! I literally can buy two *full wrap* cases, heck 4 from Temu for the price spent on this... the only thing that was nice is the feel of the single ½ a case. Otherwise I honestly would give "0" stars.

      What absolute garbage. It's just the case back. Nothing else. There is no front. I cannot believe I paid THIS much for this. Way to rip people off. I'm aghast a company like Samsung would do this.

      ​I completely agree with other reviewers here—what was Samsung thinking? I just invested in the Z Fold 8 Ultra and bought this official case expecting premium, full-coverage protection. Instead, I was shocked to find out it literally only covers half the phone. Do the designers expect that if I drop this incredibly expensive device, it will magically only hit the two corners this case actually protects? Leaving the rest of the glass and outer edges totally exposed is a baffling and unacceptable design choice. It is a massive inconvenience to spend this much money only to realize I have to go buy a third-party case just...

      I just ought my zfold 8 ultra and to protect my very expensive phone I purchased this made for zfold 8 ultra case. Seemed lime a good idea. I have a question for the executives and designers od this case. What on ea Rth were your thoughts selling thistoyour custo.ers? Really one half of protective case? What if I drop my phone it will always only strike 2 (TWO ) of the 4 corners? Are theOther 2 (TWO) outer corners indestructible? Glass front or back won't break. Crack ?       The official case for the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is poorly designed. It only covers the back panel, leaving the front completely unprotected, which defeats the core purpose of a foldable case. Furthermore, the ergonomics are terrible, offering a slippery and uncomfortable grip. ​The Customer Service Experience: After trying to resolve this through online chat and phone support, I was informed that I could neither exchange the case nor have my pre-order credits reinstated if I returned it.       Garbage!! I just received it with the new phone. When I ordered it, it was an add on and I couldn't entirely see the description of the item until it showed up. This absurd cover is only for the BOTTOM HALF of the phone. There is nothing to protect the top portion except the flimsy screen protector. How do you send out a case for an expensive phone that doesn't have something that keeps the edges safe? This cover wouldn't last a day. Sending it back. Garbage.

      Like everyone is complaining here, this is a badly designed case and comes with only the back part. With this case on, it becomes difficult to open the phone as the case covers one half of the phone edge and the other half sit lower. It is a shame that Samsung is selling this case for such a high price. The included screen protector is also a pain to apply and I had to discard the first one as it had a crease in the middle. The second one also has a crease in the middle. Don't buy this case, instead, buy an aftermarket case for much less money.
