      This charger is trash. It only worked for a few days and was still slow to charge. I have everything Samsung, entire kitchen, laundry, tablet, phone and TV and I cant believe they made such a poor product. Do no buy! Believe the reviews. I didn't believe because there were only a few but the low rating is accurate. I have a no name wireless charger that has worked for years. You also don't want the hassle if you need a refund or replacement. It takes so long that it is less stressful to throw it in the trash and set...

      I got a couple because I thought they would be nice holiday gifts. I gave them out, and within a couple days I was getting complaints about charging speed, them not working, and overheating. Really strange since they're using QI2 phones, and even with that it wasn't working. Worst still is getting support on them. I reached out to Samsung before writing this review, and the person I got to help me was unhelpful, uninformed, and clearly had no clue what the product was, or how it worked. They also disconnected when I explained there was no "sweet spot" to find, or "if the cable is bad then the product is defective." ...

      This product stops charging after a few minutes. I am using a Qi2.0-certified phone case and following directions explicitly. Sadly, I didn't start using the charger until the day after the return window closed because I was waiting for the plug-in power adapter that I ordered from Samsung on the same day as the charger (it was delayed). After nearly ONE HOUR chatting with customer service and technical support, I was told that no exceptions could be made to the return policy and after going round and round with tech support, there was no other resolution. I finally gave up. Very disappointing.

      I was excited when I saw that Samsung was making their own magnetic wireless charger . I ordered one and I can't get it to charge over 10 watts. I have a I have a spigen charging stand that will charge my phone at the full 15 watts. The difference between 10 watts and 15 watts is a full hour of charging time when the phone is at 20%. This magnetic puck is supposedly designed for Samsung but doesn't work properly and it also gets quite warm almost hot.

      I was really jazzed to get this charger, I recently purchased a Spigen case ,for my Z Fold 7, that comes with MagSafe like traits. My spouses phone has a case with an after market MagSafe ring accessory attached to it. His phone was overheating when using the wireless charger - and charging wasnt working properly - the phone was charging, but losing battery life throughout the night. It works much better on my phone, but the chargers charging piece does get really hot. Not sure if this is intended or a defect in ours. To round things up.       Like everyone has been saying I bought this charger to replace my old one charging watts should be listed for this product to inform the customer it chargers to slow have a different one that charges way faster would not recommend buying this product

      I love this charger for my magnet case on my S24 Ultra!!!! I can only imagine clueless people putting bad reviews because they aren't using a magnet case. Unbelievable. If you have magnet case for your Samsung, this wireless magnet charger is absolutely awesome. Very high quality too. It has a very secure connection where you can hold your phone by the wire and the charging is fast.
